How often do restocks occur?
Restocks happen only one or two times per drop and will not happen within the same year. For example, if we have a Halloween drop in June, it will not be restocked again in time for Halloween and is unlikely to be restocked until the following calendar year.
How many items are available during a restock?
All products are limited to 20 items each at the time time of their drop and future restocks. Once they are sold out, there will be no way to obtain them. Please do not inquire about getting them after a sell-out.
What can I do with transparents?
I will no longer offer transparents with patterns or bundles. Transparents will now be sold separately and only for certain patterns, and you, the consumer, are no allowed to make any background changes.
Can I receive a transparent version for previous patterns?
No, if a pattern doesn’t come with a transparent option, you will not receive one. We will no longer email transparents for current or previous patterns.
Can I use previously transparent patterns with new backgrounds?
Patterns that previously allowed background changes can no longer be used with altered backgrounds. They must be used for transparent projects only. Once any extra printed on fabric is used up, please do not use the altered files anymore.
What about patterns with single background options?
Patterns with only one background option will now be available with different colored backgrounds, potentially at restock.
How can I get tagged for drops?
Comment on the official tag list thread posted a day or two before the drop. If you don’t comment on the post, your tag may be skipped.
Why was the website tag list option removed?
Unfortunately, the website tag list option did not work as intended. We will now use a Facebook thread for tagging purposes.
How can I ensure I don’t miss a drop?
Join the text list by texting "JSCDROP" to (844) 929-4290. This is the best way to shop the drop on time.
What types of licensing are available?
We offer single, unlimited, and annual licensing for those printing and selling on fabric, blankets, DTFs, etc. Each pattern requires its own single license. For bundles, you must purchase a license for each pattern.
What is the process for unlimited licensing?
Unlimited licensing is valid for one year from the purchase date. After a year, you have 30 days to purchase an annual license before needing to repurchase the unlimited license. Mark your calendar for renewals as we will no longer track licensing dates.
Is licensing included in discontinued drives?
Yes, licensing is included in discontinued drives.
When will customs be available?
Customs will only be available if explicitly stated. I will notify everyone in advance before opening day. Due to adjustments in life changes, customs are currently not available.
How many customs are available when they open?
There will be a limited number, typically 6 total. No additional customs can be purchased outside this limit unless you are apart of the rep team.
Can I alter the commissioned artwork?
Alterations to commissioned works are not allowed, except for personal use. You may crop, resize, or turn the image for personal use, such as digital wallpapers or invitations, but not for commercial use.
Can I resell the commissioned artwork?
Reselling of my artwork is not permitted.
What happens if I lose my commissioned work?
You are responsible for your commissioned work once it is emailed or uploaded to a drive. Although I may keep a copy, I am not responsible for replacing lost files. It is recommended to back up your files. I cannot guarantee that I will have a copy available if you lose the commissioned work.
What is the turnaround time for commissions?
Turnaround time (TAT) is typically 4 to 6 business weeks but may be sooner. TAT begins when you purchase your commission. Commissions are processed in the order of payments received.
When can I access vault items?
Vault items are available for one weekend in March each year. Once the vault closes, it will not reopen until the following March. No exceptions.
Why are vault files priced higher?
Vault files are priced higher due to their limited availability and the extra time required to create them. They typically take two to three times longer than normal drop files.
How many vault files are available?
Vault files are limited to 20. If they sell out before the weekend ends, you will not be able to purchase them again until the March two years later.
Will there be yearly drives?
No, there will be no yearly drives. Only discontinued drives will be available. These drives will not be added to, and will not contain repeats of previous patterns.
What happens if someone cheats the system to obtain sold-out files?
Any attempts to cheat the system, including but not limited to deleting listings, sharing files, tracing files, or altering files through AI, will result in a ban from purchasing through JSC. This includes:
- Deleting main or digital listings to obtain patterns.
- Sharing files or asking others to share them.
- Tracing or stealing PNGs from transparent files.
- Altering files through AI to recreate or remove watermarking.
What rights are included with the purchase of this digital file?
Small handmade shops may use this design to make and sell items, including but not limited to:
- Handmade Clothing
- Stickers or Temporary Tattoos (If selling wholesale, a commercial license is required)
- Handmade Bags and Accessories
- Sublimated or DTF Shirts
- Sublimated or DTF Tumblers, Mugs, and other Drinkware
- Handmade Bows & Headbands
What additional rights are granted with a commercial license?
A commercial license allows you to:
- Print and sell Fabric
- Print and sell Faux Leather/Vinyl
- Print and sell Sublimation/DTF Transfers
- Wholesale stickers and temporary tattoos
- Have a third party manufacture fabric for you to sell (must be trusted printers)
Do you create custom logos?
No, I do not offer custom logo design services.
How do I use a discount code?
One code per order. Ensure to include your code at checkout. Refunds will not be issued for forgotten codes.
